Sharkne is an acne pill that is apparently meant to get rid of your acne from the inside out. They claim that it will reduce the excess oils that are apparently causing you to break out, following the same basic ideas incorporated and used by prescription Accutane. They claim however that it will also detoxify the body and skin, reduce inflammation, repair damaged tissues, and otherwise improve the condition of your skin.

Sharkne's active ingredients include neem, red clover, yellow dock root, burdock root, and dandelion root.
They don't actually name a full ingredients list, and quite frankly none of these ingredients have anything to do with acne. They are diuretics, which not only cause side effects such as dehydration, dryness, and other extreme issues, they actually make acne and skin in general worse, obviously drying out any moisturization process. And you need water to flush out toxins, diuretics take this away from you. So it's not exactly putting a strong face forward to say the least.
You would be better off staying away from Sharkne. It does dry out the skin for the simple reason that it uses so many diuretics. However, it does not actually have any acne fighting agents, and it will in all likelihood just make acne worse rather than doing anything else. Sharkne is not a product you should ever use.
